As you know, the lake is choked with weeds. We are not unique with this mess.
I am doing all I can within the regulations. The weeds are so abundant that I seem to only make a dent. I’ve been asked if they can be harvested by anyone with a boat, the answer is a huge YES!!!! They make excellent fertilizer. The dead ones will eventually sink and create more muck.
As many of you know, Our daughter Bridget is in and out of the hospital with a high risk pregnancy. She has a C-section scheduled for this Monday, but it is very touch and go at this point. I don’t know how much help she’ll need, so August is going to be crazy for me.
After August 6th another 1/3 of the lake can be treated, but it’s unlikely that I’ll be able to do it. Another 1/3 can be done on the 20th. If anyone want to perform these applications, I can give instructions and supervise.
I think it’s time to talk about Sonar for the next two summers.
Regards to all,
